Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7/30/2026

1. What we collect

Your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your actual password). Your wallet balance, deposit/withdrawal requests, and match history — stakes, opponents, outcomes, and timestamps.

2. How we use it

To run your account, process matches and payouts, and investigate suspicious activity (multi-accounting, collusion, fraud). We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Where it's stored

Account and match data is stored in MongoDB Atlas. Backups are taken regularly for recovery purposes.

4. What's on your device

Your login session is stored in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in between visits. It isn't shared with anyone else and is cleared when you log out.

5. Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting the administrator. Deleting your account doesn't erase match records involving other players, since those are shared transaction history, but your personal identifying details will be removed from our active systems.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Sensitive operations require authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy can be directed to the platform administrator.
