1. What BattleHub is
BattleHub is a product of Zues Technologies LTD. BattleHub is a platform where two players each pay an equal entry fee, compete in a randomized 1v1 race, and the winner receives the pot minus a platform fee. This is a real-money game of chance. By using BattleHub you acknowledge you understand the risks involved and could lose the money you enter.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 25 years old to create an account or enter a race. You're responsible for ensuring real-money gaming is legal where you live before using BattleHub.
3. Accounts
One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or attempting to manipulate match outcomes is prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You must register using your real full name, matching the identity of whoever will be depositing, withdrawing, and playing on the account. If a withdrawal, deposit, or match outcome is ever disputed, we verify identity against the full name on file. An inaccurate, incomplete, or fictitious name may delay resolution or disqualify a claim.
4. Entry fees, payouts, and fees
When you offer or accept a match, your entry fee is locked immediately. The winner of a resolved match receives the combined pot minus a platform fee (currently 10%, disclosed in-app). Match outcomes are determined by a random seed generated when the match is accepted and are final once resolved.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
When you deposit, your BattleHub balance is credited the full amount you enter. Separately, our mobile money payment processor charges a 3% collection fee directly to your phone, on top of that amount. This fee is set and collected by the processor, not by BattleHub, and BattleHub receives none of it.
The minimum withdrawal is UGX 5,000, and the maximum is UGX 1,000,000 per request. A withdrawal fee applies, deducted from the amount you receive. This is charged at cost, exactly what our payment processor charges us to send the money, with no markup on our part. The fee depends on how much you're withdrawing: UGX 1,000 for 5,000–50,000, UGX 2,000 for 50,001–300,000, UGX 3,500 for 300,001–750,000, and UGX 5,000 for 750,001–1,000,000. You must have played at least one match since your most recent deposit before you're eligible to withdraw. Before your very first withdrawal, you also need to have played at least UGX 10,000 in total across resolved matches, win or lose, regardless of whether your balance came from a deposit or a promotional credit. Once that's met, it stays met. New accounts also can't withdraw until at least 24 hours after sign-up.
Eligible withdrawal requests are typically processed automatically; larger or unusual requests may be held for manual review before payout. We aim to process requests promptly but don't guarantee a specific turnaround time.
6. Responsible gambling
Please play within your means. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, stop and seek support. We may suspend accounts showing signs of harmful gambling behavior, and we're working on built-in tools (deposit limits, self-exclusion) to support this directly.
7. No guarantee of winnings
BattleHub does not guarantee you will win any match. Outcomes are randomized. Past results don't predict future ones.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform, and may withhold funds connected to fraudulent activity pending investigation.
9. Limitation of liability
BattleHub is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
